I love this lady! She is super supportive, and not afraid to be honest about things, like; sometimes a workout does not make you feel all wonderful and accomplished. Sometimes you struggle through it, it sucks, but you can feel proud that you pushed through. Tiffany from The Fit Train shared The Other Side of Running.
