Home tomorrow

Today is my last day at the cabin until we come back up for Easter.

I'm looking forward to getting back into the old routine at home and having internet access.  I've been able to check in on my phone but it's a real pain to write outside, standing in the cold and snow with the wind blowing off the frozen lake.

I will make up for it!

Today we put together a great lunch from leftovers that I'm looking forward to sharing.  Preview:  stuffed green peppers with ingredients from our calzones and other odds and ends.  So good!

Check back for that and more because I'll try to go post crazy to make up for not being able to keep up while here at the cabin.
