Arby's New Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich

Ok, I know I am all about healthy eating and getting this remaining baby weight off, but have you heard about Arby's New Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich!?!  Oh.  Yum.

Ii could have a cheat day for that!  The thought of it has my mouth watering.  The brisket on that bad boy is smoked for at least 13 hours.  It is topped with smoked Gouda, crispy onions, BBQ sauce and mayo.  Top that all off with a toasted, bakery style bun... Heaven!  

If that doesn't look worth the second 5K I'd have to do to make up for it, I don't know what is.  

Is it a little nuts to suggest that my husband take me straight to Arby's for our anniversary???  Maybe that is going a little too far, considering the man has set everything up to take me out for a surprise on Wednesday.  I'll let you  in on a little secret, though.  That man is not the master of surprises.  He means well. But it's a good idea to have a backup plan.  I think the Arby's Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich will be mine!

Ok, be still my little should-be-eating-salads-and-veggies heart!  My DietBet starts tomorrow but, since I don't have my scale and will have to weigh-in late anyway, maybe adding one last delicious meal would help.  Load the belly up with the sandwich and hop on the scale.
