A new stay at home mom, with 2 kiddos 2 and under, learns the way to domestic bliss through frugality, creativity, and love for being home with her babies.
Every time I find new things (Facebook, Blogging, GoodReads) it always takes over my life for a bit. I have discovered Instagram, but it hasn't really grabbed me.
I've never done a dietbet, but I just linked my Fitbit and MFP to PACT ... I like things that are automatic (I'm doing my workouts and food logging regardless, and I don't have to do anything more to get counted for that) ... thus far I haven't needed the motivation from the PACT as exercise (10,000 steps anyway) and logging (even if it isn't the best stuff, I am recording it all) is pretty much second nature at this point.
Stick with it ...all my link-ups help motivate my blogging too! :)
I LOVE this post! I feel like we are very similar (yes, just by reading this, haha). Meal planning and just being prepared in general always helps me stay on track. Also, 6 days a week of exercising is AWESOME! I've been trying to do the same but I tend to do 5.
I think everyone struggles randomly. I've definitely noticed my habits have improved the more I work at them, but every once in awhile I get a little off track...but that's okay!
I have to find motivation. Everyone struggles!!!! I created some competition between my husband and I that keeps me going and groups like our SITS tribes, make me feel connected.
When things are good, things are good but when they go south, we can always use a little pick me up. Glad to be connected with you through our tribe. Look forward to more of your posts!
Congrats on getting back into the groove. I use random things all the time, and I need to change it up a lot. Some parts become natural but I need a challenge. I am a sucker for brand new things. I am currently in my first diet bet! looking forward to reading more from you, I am part of your SITS tribe :-)
Glad to hear you are feeling great and back on a workout rountine. I get up early every day and get it in before my 3 kids and husband get up - otherwise I wouldn't get it in. Love the quote you made up about Keep Going - You just do it!
YAY! So glad you are feeling great! Finding what works for you as far as working out is one of the most important parts! Keep it up! Oh yeah...I'm also addicted to instagram :/

Getting back in the groove is a great feeling! I can't put off workouts either or they never get done.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you are feeling better and back on track! The holidays certainly throw a wrench in things so it is nice to feel in control again!
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking of finally doing a Diet Bet. Maybe it will push me to do better!
