It's Tuesday again and, while I'm still enjoying my vacation, Kristin J has been helping me out and getting everything ready to bring you Tips and Tricks Tuesday!

  1. Congrats on loosing 70 pounds! Thats amazing! I think the hardest part about weight loss is making it a lifestyle change that lasts so you can truly keep the weight off. Im having a baby in May and am going to need to get back to a healthier size and weight then so I think post like this are great. Way to support others!
